You're still basking in the excitement of your engagement. Maybe it was a complete surprise or maybe you and your partner together made a decision to marry. Either way, you've just answered one of the most important questions of your life and now you're looking for the most personal and meaningful way to celebrate it.

  • Do you believe that your ceremony is the highlight of your wedding day?
  • Are you looking for a Wedding Officiant who will partner with you and your beloved to design a unique ceremony?
  • Do you and your partner envision a ceremony that inspires and excites you and all of your family and guests?
  • Does the wedding ceremony of your dreams include elements and rituals that reflect your culture and your style?

If so, you’ve come to the right place!

Smile...you're getting married! Let me first congratulate you on finding the love of your life. I sincerely wish you and your partner all of the love and happiness your hearts can stand!

Your wedding ceremony should be as unique as the love you share. It is a sacred event that marks the beginning of your new life together and should be the highlight of your wedding day. The ceremony development process should induce excitement as your wedding day draws near, for with every draft you read you hopefully become further aware of the significance of this milestone.

I love weddings! I am always honored and excited to be invited to witness a couple’s declaration of love and commitment. The most heartfelt ceremonies should convey the magic of the couple’s relationship. I would be delighted to partner with you as your Wedding Officiant to design your ceremony, whether it’s religious, spiritual, interfaith, multicultural or civil. I also perform destination weddings for couples who to travel to Long Island or New York City as well as destination weddings outside of the New York Tri-State area…I love to travel! I specialize in crafting wedding ceremonies that incorporate various cultural and ethnic rituals. Many cultures throughout the world have observed various traditions that honor the joining of two hearts. Such rituals may include the tasting of spices, handfasting, pouring libation and offering gratitude to the ancestors and tea ceremonies.

During our consultation and the ceremony development process I will take the time to get to know you as a couple.  What I learn will help me craft a ceremony that truly represents you.  It may include the story of how you met, your combined philosophy of life, your goals as a married couple or anything else of importance you would like to share with your family and friends in attendance.  I will submit a draft of the ceremony for your review and approval before your wedding date and am available via telephone or email for any revisions or suggestions.
Here is a quick sample of some additional elements that contribute to the uniqueness and richness of your ceremony:

  • Children- if you and your partner have children together or from previous relationships, involving the children in the ceremony helps them feel more connected to your union. In addition to bearing rings and laying flower petals, children may also read poems/prayers or say their own special vows.
  • Ceremony by Candlelight: an evening, candlelit ceremony conveys a spirit of elegance and romance.
  • Community Promise- ask your friends and family in attendance, during the course of the ceremony, to pledge their support for your union.  This is a powerful way of honoring the creation of a new community with your marriage!
  • Honoring a Loved One- you can mention the name of a loved one who has passed away or could not attend your ceremony. What a beautiful testament to the impact he or she may have had on your life.
  • Music- there are so many ways you can customize your ceremony music to set the vibe of your ceremony…from classical tunes to ballads to New Age to tribal beats, you can expand your imagination to create your very own soundtrack.

I also play very well in the sandbox!  I can consult and collaborate with your other wedding vendors (wedding planner, DJ, photographer, videographer, etc.) to insure a smooth execution of the ceremony.  I have an awesome portable PA system that comes in handy for outdoor weddings or ceremonies that take place in facilities without a PA/microphone system of their own.  I also come equipped with an emergency tool kit (including backup ceremony music of varying styles and a sewing kit) in the event of minor snafus.

Are you looking to elope but still want an intimate feel to your wedding ceremony?

Do you and your partner want to save time and money and get hitched?

Are you a spontaneous couple who is seeking to get married as soon as possible?

Do you desire a legal ceremony now for legal reasons (health insurance) but are planning a larger celebration later when you can save up the money?

If so, look no further!

In keeping with my personal belief that every wedding, regardless of size, is an occasion to be celebrated I am available to perform elopements year-round.  I have 2 locations (one inside and one outside) in Western Suffolk County where I can marry you and your beloved for $100.

I would be more than happy to perform your elopement at another site on Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties only) for a fee of $150.  Here are a few other things to consider before contacting me to perform your elopement:

  • I am only available for elopements Monday through Thursday, unless I have an opening on a weekend.
  • Once you receive your wedding license you are required to wait at least 24 hours before you can marry.  Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your desired wedding date to ensure my availability.
  • This elopement special includes you, your fiancé and up to 6 guests.
  • Elopement ceremonies will not be personalized.  A pre-written ceremony will be used.
  • If you are short on witnesses (The State of New York requires that you have two witnesses) I most likely can provide one or both for you!  Make sure you mention this when you contact me.

It is best to book your Wedding Officiant as early as possible. Although I perform weddings year round and on any day of the week, the prime wedding season (late Spring to early Fall) books rather quickly. Saturdays remain the most popular wedding day with Sunday coming in a very close second.

I offer great value to my couples. I take great care to design a ceremony that is meaningful, inspiring and personalized. I take even greater care to insure that it is delivered with professionalism, style and warmth. The ceremony development process includes research, writing and editing the wedding script, additional meetings and discussions, performing the ceremony on your wedding day and my travel time and expenses.

Some other Wedding Officiants in my area may charge slightly less than I do, and I certainly understand that price may be a deciding factor when choosing wedding professionals. Couples who select me as their Wedding Officiant know the value of a custom designed ceremony that’s delivered by a professional whose primary goal (and passion!) is to deliver a quality service on the most important day of their life. My fees are very reasonable and comparable to those of many of my peers on Long Island.

My fee will be discussed and set during your complimentary consultation. A deposit and signed contract is required to secure my services for your desired wedding date. The balance of the fee is due no later than 10 days before your ceremony.
